4.The case supplies external mechanical pressure

• Resistance to vibration and impact

Continuous vibration is generated during the operation of vehicles/equipment, and fixed structures (end plates, brackets, straps) are used to prevent battery cell displacement, collision, resulting in shell rupture or pole loosening.

• Inhibit the cumulative effect of inflation

Although the expansion of individual cells is small, the slight expansion and superposition of hundreds of cells after grouping may squeeze the box. The fixing system can disperse stress and avoid deformation of the box.

• Ensure consistent heat dissipation

By using fixtures or thermal conductive structural adhesives, the large surface of the battery cell is tightly adhered to the cooling plate, improving thermal management efficiency (insufficient heat dissipation can lead to uncontrolled heating).

• Maintain the reliability of electrical connections

Prevent the pole from loosening due to vibration and avoid local overheating caused by virtual connection of connecting pieces.

2A Active balancer module

 

Active balancer module has been installed.

Balance starts when the voltage difference higher than 50mV.

Balance stops when the voltage difference lower than 30mV.

Balance starts and keep for 60s, then it will stop for 3s to check if the voltage gets balance start/stop threshold.

After continuously balance for 24H, Balance will stop.

Balance board will turned off automatically if no balance for over 10 hours.

Power consumption less than 15mA at standby status.

 

CAN,RS485

Support various brand inverter with CAN protocal,including pylontech. BMS still workable with lead acid mode if you don't use CAN or 485.
