Q2: Do you test capacity, voltage and internal resistance before shipping?
All batteries are strictly tested before shipment. Voltage difference within 10mV, capacity difference within 2%. High internal resistance batteries are not allowed to be sent out.
Q3: What is your replacement policy if the cells arrive damaged?
We use comprehensive packaging protection including thick foam and 5-layer cartons. UN cartons and polywood cases available. In case of any shipping damage, 100% new replacement within one business day.
Q4: BusBars and screws are included and for free?
Yes, we ship battery with BusBar connector and screws for free.
Q5: Why can't I see any update tracking information after waiting for weeks?
This is normal. Tracking numbers won't update until packages arrive in your country. No tracking updates while on train transport.
