Product Description

Textile catalase for hydrogen peroxide degradation, save water and energy for dyeing

Advantages

- Clear away hydrogen peroxide thoroughly, no risk of excessive dosage, guarantee the color consistency of different batches;

- Decompose hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen only and self-degradable, eco-friendly;

- Higher yield with reduced processing time, less water and energy waste.

Application

Drain the spent oxygen bleaching liquor;

Wash once rinsed by cold water, to get/achieve proper liquor ratio for dyeing.

Neutralization with acid, adjusting pH 5~11 and the temperature below 65 ℃ (best temperature 40-50℃).

Add 0.05-0.1g/L HT525 (increase to 0.5-3g/L if used on continuous devices or less processing time is needed).

There is no known risk in excessive Catalase using.

After the enzyme is added and circulation lasts for 10-20 minutes, the hydrogen peroxide can be tested to see if it is completely decomposed (Hydrogen peroxide test paper can be used for testing).

Continue the dyeing process in the same bath with a neutral pH value.

Storage

To be stored in a cool and dry place at a temperature not above 20℃, away from direct sunlight. Cool conditions are recommended.

Safety

HT525 is developed for the textile industry only. It is not applicable to the food industry. In operation, do not make direct contact with enzyme, avoid long-term inhalation of its dust or aerosol. Flush with water immediately in case of direct contact of enzyme with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
