Neutral cellulase for denim and fabric coloring effects in textile

Neutral cellulase HT 615S is a genetically modified powder cellulase for denim apparel and fabric, capable of rapidly creating stone-washing, vintage, softening, peach skin, and other effects.

Processing conditions

Application

Whether to use pumice stone may depend on the actual requirements. Dosage is related to fabric types, application conditions, machines and should be determined by test. Desizing needs to be taken on the fabric before the diluted cellulase washing. The product plays a good role under the high mechanical friction.

Storage

It is better to be stored in a cool and dry environment. Activity is guaranteed no less than labeled within six months storage at room temperature (25℃). Avoid long-term storage above 30℃ or other hazardous conditions containing the high temperature.

Safety

In operation, do not make direct contact with the enzyme, avoid long-term inhalation of its dust or aerosol. Flush with water immediately in case of direct contact of the enzyme with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes.
