Carbohydrate is an important nutrient for energy supply for animals. However, the bio-availability of many carbohydrate sources are unexpected low because of the special structure, amylose and amylopectin ratio, which results in incomplete utilization of energy sources. Sunamy is used as a kind of digestive enzymes and supplemented as functional additives to improve bioavailability of dietary carbohydrate, and thus promoting animal growth performance and improving feed conversion.
