The 3Ton Fixed Heavy Duty Crane is an industrial-grade device specifically designed for heavy load handling. Its core advantage lies in the Load Leveler -- through precise gravity balance adjustment, it can keep heavy loads level during lifting and transportation. This prevents damage to precision heavy components such as engines and differentials due to tilting and collision, significantly reducing operation difficulty. Even a single person can handle heavy load transportation with minimal effort.
The device adopts a "fixed" structural design. Although it cannot be moved, its base has extremely strong stability, with a center-of-gravity deviation of ≤2cm when bearing loads (under full load condition). Combined with a high rated load capacity of 3000kg, it can meet the handling needs of most heavy components in industrial scenarios. Compared with mobile cranes, it has more advantages in static load-bearing safety.
- Main Structure: The lifting arm is made of thickened manganese steel with a thickness of 8mm and a tensile strength of ≥450MPa, which is not prone to bending or deformation under long-term load-bearing. The connection parts are equipped with high-strength bolts, with a tightening torque of 50N*m to prevent component loosening during operation.
