A continuous process rotary kiln specifically engineered for drying, calcining, processing, or sintering bulk materials with precision temperature control and reliable performance.
Rotary Kiln Process Operation
The rotary kiln features a long horizontal heated chamber that rotates with one end slightly elevated. Bulk materials are continuously fed into the elevated end and cascade down the length of the tube through continuous rotation, exiting at the opposite end into collection hoppers. Tube materials include high-temperature metal alloys or ceramic compositions based on operational temperature requirements.
