VSI Crusher Working Principles
Material Against Material (Stone Hit Stone)
Material enters the crusher through the hopper and is divided into two streams by the bulk cone. One portion falls into the high-speed rotating swing wheel, where it is rapidly accelerated and thrown outward to impact the other material stream falling from around the bulk cone.
Material Against Iron (Stone Hit Iron)
This principle is similar to material against material, but uses impact plates instead of material lining. The crushing cavity features surrounding guard plates that the material directly impacts and breaks against.
