| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Maximum Temperature | 1250°C |
| Production Capacity | 65 TPH |
| Material Input Size | 30-40mm |
| Barrel Construction | High-quality calm steel coil |
| Sealing System | Shell seal (kiln head) and axial contact seal (kiln tail) |
The kiln operates on roller support with wheel stop control, facilitating material mixing through rotation. Heat transfer occurs via flame radiation, hot air convection, and kiln brick conduction. Materials progress through the inclined rotating barrel, undergoing complete processing from entry to cooling.
Premium raw materials (30-40mm) undergo calcining, cooling, grinding, and molding stages. The processed materials are then mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders, reduced at 1200-1250°C under 1.33Pa vacuum conditions to produce magnesium ingots through flux refining, casting, and surface treatment.
