Working Principle & Process

The kiln operates on roller support with wheel stop control, facilitating material mixing through rotation. Heat transfer occurs via flame radiation, hot air convection, and kiln brick conduction. Materials progress through the inclined rotating barrel, undergoing complete processing from entry to cooling.

Nine-Step Production Process: Mineral separation, material entry, sintering, manual screening, quality inspection, mixed production, product crushing, final examination, and storage.
Material Processing Details

Premium raw materials (30-40mm) undergo calcining, cooling, grinding, and molding stages. The processed materials are then mixed with ferrosilicon and fluorite powders, reduced at 1200-1250°C under 1.33Pa vacuum conditions to produce magnesium ingots through flux refining, casting, and surface treatment.
