Description

This product has extremely strong leveling, migration and slow dyeing effects on acid dyes, making the dyed fabrics uniformed, bright in color, good color fastness, and will not cause discoloration.

Applications and Dosage

. Put dyed fabric and process for 2-3 minutes

. Add anfoterico acid leveling agent and circulate for 5-10 minutes

. Adjust pH

. Add dyestuffs and circulate for 5-10 minutes

. Heat to 98℃ (heating rate: 1-2℃/min)

. Keep temperature for 30-60 minutes

. Cool and rinse

Dosage Guidelines

0.8-2.0% (o.w.f), adjust the dosage accoding to the fabric color, in generally, the deeper the color of fabric is, the lower dosage for this acid leveling agent

Standard packaging is 125kg plastic drum or 1ton IBC. Storage To ensure extended shelf life, store Anfoterico acid leveling agent at 25℃ or below.
