Unichem Precat 520

Unichem Precat 520, as a modifier for the dyeing of finished garments with cellulose fibers, this product can reduce or eliminate the use of adhesives to obtain good color fastness, and improve the stiff hand feel of paint dyed fabrics.

Feature and benefits

After treatment with this product, the fabric can have a soft feel and bright color

After cationization with Unichem Precat 520, the fiber can achieve non-alkali and non-salt dyeing and obtain good color fastness

No need to add alkali when cationization, and it can be used directly in the bleaching washing stage, very easy use.

Application

Applicable for paint dyeing process of pure cotton and paint overdyeing process of denim.

Usage and Dosage

This product can be diluted by 1:2 -1:3, before dyeing the fabrics can be modified with the diluted Unichem Precat 520.

1. Dipping process: Dilute Unichem Precat 520 by 1:2, then dosage 2-5% (o.w.f), 60℃×10-20min→draining, dewatering (dyeing in same bath can directly add paint dyes without dewatering→ dyeing (70℃*30min).

2. Set dyeing process Dilute Unichem Precat 520 by 1:3, then dosage 1-3% (o.w.f) room temperature×10-20min→draining, dewatering→set dyeing of nano-coating (room temperature*10-20min).

The viscosity of this product is high, please dilute before use.
