Spandex protecting Agent

The elasticity of Spandex / Lycra is subject to be reduced / loosened during the sodium hypochlorite bleaching. Unichem SP is a special compound that protects spandex from hypochloride bleaching, thus remain the elasticity of spandex-containing fabric intact after bleaching.

How to use Transparent Liquid

Unichem SP can be added in the desizing bath or in the hypochloride bleaching bath to prevent the loss of elasticity of Spandex fiber, size elongation, and bubbling of fabric.

Dosage:1%-2%( o.w.f)

Temperature:40-50℃

Time:15-20min

Liquid Ratio:   1:10-12

First fill the washing machine with the required amount of water, then add Unichem SP into the bath, and at last add sodium hypochlorite, heat to 40-50℃, desize or bleach for 15-20mins.
