Stonezyme SP Ultra is a highly concentrated complete denim washing powder cellulase formulated with new generation cellulases and anti-staining agents. It is convertible to stable liquid with just clean water. The diluted product can last for at least a week. It is suitable for both bio-finishing and denim washing with superb wide operational temperature and pH range.

Applications

Application: Dosage based on 10 % diluted product:

Denim Garments (Belly washers/Front loaders) : 0.4 - 1.5 % owg

Predilution before application (highly recommended)

Recommended dosage as compared to normal powder cellulase: 5-10%

Recommended dosage as compared to high conc liquid cellulase: 15-20%

The diluted solution can stable for at least a week.

Operation range : 30 oC – 60 oC

Optimal range : 45 oC – 55 oC

pH

Operation range : 5.5 – 8.0

Optimal range : 6.0 – 7.0

Packaging

Standard packaging is 25 Kgs paper box.

Storage

To ensure extend shelf life, store Stonezyme SP Ultra at 25℃ or below in a sealed container. Exposure of this product to elevated temperatures for prolonged periods of time may result in loss of activity.
