Industrial Enzyme Lipase For Liquid Soap Modified Function In Detergent Use
Multi-functional detergent lipase enzyme in household cleaning industry
Product Description
Kleenzyme L40, Lipase enzyme is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of fats (lipids). It is an alternative to current surfactant technology and an essential part of any enzyme solution used to replace detergent ingredients. Replace on average 25% of a detergent’s surfactant system with a multi-enzyme solution containing Lipoclean to get a high-performing, greener detergent without compromising formulation costs.
Application
Kleenzyme L40 can be used in formulation of powder laundry detergents and is readily soluble in application-relevant solutions at all levels of concentration, pH and temperature which may occur during normal usage
Dosage
Recommended dosage of Kleenzyme L40 is 0.3%–1% (w/w in detergent). Exact dosage should be based upon wash conditions, detergent formulation, detergent dosing and the desired level of performance
The key benefits of replacing surfactants with a multi-enzyme solution containing Lipoclean are: • Enhances performance, especially on greasy stains • Ensures a more sustainable detergent that offers satisfactory cleaning at low wash temperatures • Stabilizes formulation costs

Our R & D Capability
Although a relatively young company established in 2005, Vland has quickly become a formidable, innovation-driven enterprisefueled by its highly-trained and specialized team. The group employs 26 Ph.Ds and nearly 300 associates with Master’s degrees.
Enzyme detergent formulation usually comprises enzymes, surfactants, and builders. Dirt, stains, and grease from laundry and utensils are removed through mechanical action (washing machines, dishwasher, by hand) with the help of enzymes, surfactants, and builders present in detergents. Alkaline proteases, amylases, and lipases help in cleaning by breaking down the dirt through hydrolysis. Cellulases work on fabrics by hydrolysis of glycosidic bonds in fabrics that remove pilling, fuzz or lint attached to cotton microfibers. They also improve the softness and brightness of worn and jaded clothes. Surfactants act by lowering the surface tension in liquid solution and builders act by providing alkalinity to the solution that prevents the dirt from reattaching to the fabric.
