Bio-breaker is a compound enzyme which specially used in the area of degrading oil and grease.
Biodegradation of fat, oil, and grease (FOGs) plays an important role in wastewater management and water pollution control. However, many industrial food-processing and food restaurants generate FOG-containing wastewaters for which there is no acceptable technology for their pretreatment. To solve these problems, this study evaluated the feasibility of effective FOG-degrading microorganisms on the biodegradation of olive oil and FOG-containing wastewater.
