General Description
PP melt blown filter cartridges are economic cartridges with high filtration effciency. They are widely used in residential and industrial water treatment field which includes water purifiers, filters and RO systems. The micro ratings can be 1-150µm.
The most used lengths are 10”,20”,30”,40”.
The 10” ones are most used for water purifiers at the first stage filtration to remove sediment.
The 20” ones are most used as the prefilter of commercial water purifiers or filters.
The 30” and 40” ones are most used in RO safety filtration.
With the gradual fiber size design, the PP melt blown filter cartridge has structure with loose outside part and close inner part. And this makes the life time of the filter can be 20%-30% longer.

Replacement period: 2-3 months. Shorter time if the water quality not good.
