1. Slide under the chin to behind the ear, along the contour of the face. Then slide down through the submandibular glands to the shoulders.

2. From the tip of the chin, slide upwards towards the temple. Then from the nose along the cheek, to the temple. Finally, from the corner of the under-eye to the temple.

3. From the eyebrows upwards to the hairline.

◆ Do steps 1 to 3, 2 or 3 times.

◆ Keep moving slowly and avoid staying in the same place.
