Preheating Part:

◆ designed with preheating system;

◆ adopts Switzerland hot air gum; air volume adjustable

◆ with mold push devide 

Filling Thank Part:

◆ equipped with 2 of 20L filling tank, each tank volume is 20L;

◆ tank comes with 3 layers, outer layer is stainless steel 304, inner layer which contact material directly is SUS316L;

◆ dual temperature control: material temperature control and oil temperature control;

◆ piston filling system driven by servo motor, to ensure high precision;

◆ filling 10 pcs at a time;

​◆ with mixing/heating/vacuum functions(options);

◆ with mold lifting device
