PLC Control Servo Driven Movable 1000ML Liquid Filling Machine CE Approved is a newly designed linear filling machine for liquid products from 100ml to 1000ml. The nozzles is movable during filling which increase the filling speed. Filling volume could be adjusted in the PLC programme. 

Application 

The machine adopts trunk piston ration filling principle,container feeding ,positioning ,filling and discharge are controlled by PLC,full fill the GMP standard.Suit for liquid cream filling in chemical ,food stuff,daily chemical ,pesticide .On filling station ,container going forward constantly ,tracking filling part should full fill precision tracking with container,piston putting into container head ,tracking filling ,lift clipping ,back clipping those five steps,every functional action can be divided into horizontal tracking movement and vertical lift -down movement ,five functional steps combine into one exercise cycle.

In 2018,GIENI's robot application dept is built,and working with famous Robot arm manufacturer and start upgrade container feeding by robot arm,and will attend Italy cosmoprof to start European market expansion.

In 2019, GIENI has attended Italy Cosmoprof in January and will attend USA Cosmoprof in July, also Hongkong Cosmoprof in November. GIENI will do more for beauty!
