The air compressor oil separator is made of multiple layers of fine glass fiber, and the mist oil air contained in the compressed air can be filtered almost completely after passing through the oil separator, which is less than 3ppm.
Under normal operation, the quality of lubricating oil and the pollution degree of surrounding environment have a great impact on its life. If the environmental pollution is very serious, it can be considered to add a pre-air filter. The outlet of the oil separator is equipped with a pressure maintaining valve, from which the air compressor is drawn to the rear cooler.It is connected with the outlet of oil separator and has safety valve and relief valve.The filtered oil from the oil separator is concentrated in a small circular groove in the bottom center, and then returned by the primary tubing to the body bearing end, which can prevent the filtered lubricating oil from being discharged with the air again.
