High Quality Customization Replaced Vacuum Pump Oil Mist Filters

Filters are available for the removal of oil mist from vacuum pump exhaust gases. The units are disposable and must be fitted vertically. Each unit consists of a microfibre element permanently sealed.

Installation precautions:

1. Select the installation position for the filter and gas-water separator, which must be the pipeline pressure relief before installation.
2. Install the vacuum filter and air-water separator on the pipeline vertically. Install the arrow on the vacuum pump filter to confirm the flow direction. The screw filter needs to use raw material belt or sealing material to ensure the sealing. The maximum working pressure, maximum working temperature and filter element have been marked on the outer shell of the filter.3. In order to make the replacement of filter element simple, pay attention to reserve the removal position for screw filter and flange filter. The minimum reserved position is marked with D on the dimension drawing.
3. Equipped with automatic drainer with manual function, and equipped with manual drainer for medical sterilization, vacuum, dust removal and medical vacuum filter.
4. During the initial pressurization of the system, slowly open the intake valve to slow down the air flow until the system pressure is stable, and ensure that the filter and air-water separator do not leak before use.
5. Regularly check the drainage level under the filter, and timely pour out the condensate. First, close the valve between the filter and the liquid bottle, and turn it anticlockwise to write down the liquid bottle. When installing the drain bottle, install and tighten it clockwise, open the valve, and check whether there is leakage.
