Compressor oil burns too fast

Have you noticed that the compressor uses too much oil?There could be many reasons for this' symptom. Check each to find out the real cause of the problem.

First, check whether the drainage system is working properly.Excessive oil consumption may be due to line failure, which is responsible for oil drainage and the maintainability of check valves.

Again, the reason may be high oil levels.Check if there are too many compressors.If so, merge it into the normal tag.

Excessive fuel consumption may be due to the failure of the separator.If the separator strainer fails, replace it.
