Failures and treatment methods of the air-oil separator of the air compressor:

• The exhaust temperature is too high.

Possible cause/removal method, the oil level in the air oil separator is too low/check the oil level, add oil if necessary

• Exhaust pressure is too high (Oil separator tank pressure)

Possible cause/elimination method: blockage of the air oil separator/replace the air oil separator;

• The air supply pressure is lower than the rated exhaust pressure

Possible cause/elimination method: The filter element of the air oil separator is blocked/check and replace

• Excessive oil consumption

Possible cause/removal method: The filter element or gasket of the air oil separator is damaged. Check whether the filter element and gasket are damaged and must be replaced.

• The air oil separator can only be replaced, not cleaned;
• Do not connect the filter with a flange.
• The oil return pipe must be inserted into the bottom of the filter to avoid affecting the oil return.
