The compressor oil filter is designed to remove all impurities that promote wear and tear in the oil without separating any special additives.

In air compressors, the compressor oil is used to lubricate the compressor component bearings and drive shaft bearings, as well as the gears. Any dust or dirt entering the roller and gear contact surfaces will damage these bearings.
Bearing wear or gear damage will eventually result in rotor contact, which will result in performance losses and reduced compressor component life.Further damage to the bearing roller will lead to box fracture and ultimately complete destruction of the compressor elements.
In the oiling screw, oil is used to seal and dissipate heat between the rotors. Dust and dirt in the compressor oil can end up between the rotor and the casing of the compressor movement, causing rotor damage and performance loss.
