The oil separator in the oil-air separation tank separates the oil from the air, allowing the oil to return to the machine for internal circulation and allowing the air to be discharged for use by the user.

The oil separator pressure difference too big reasons:     

• Failure of the differential pressure sensor or failure of the pressure gauge is not prepared.     
• Air compressor surrounding the environment is poor, air pollutants more.
• Poor quality of air filtration, mooring filtration or oil.
• The oil is dirty if the oil has not been changed for a long time.
• The pipe line between the air filter element and the air inlet is not sealed properly.
• The machine runs at a low temperature, and the water vapor cannot be discharged in time. Too much water vapor causes the increase of oil core resistance.
• The filter material is affected by moisture when the oil core is kept for too long.
• Mismatched oil separator or inferior oil separator is used.
