Principle of air inlet valve of air compressor

The inlet valve is the breathing port of the air compressor. The ordinary air enters the inlet valve and goes to the compressor head. After compression, the compressed air is produced.
It can control the loading and unloading of the air compressor and the size of the pressure flow and other functions, air compressor is a major component (intake control system).
The working principle of air inlet valve, air inlet control valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve, piston, cylinder, spring, sealing ring, etc., its side is equipped with control block and control solenoid valve, set on and off adjustment, load reduction, noise elimination, pressure reduction and stop and vent functions.
When reducing load, a small part of the gas is discharged through the hole in the valve to balance the intake of gas through the hole in the inlet control valve, so that the pressure in the separation tank is maintained at 0.2-0.3MPa and the normal air compressor oil circulation is maintained.
The opening and closing action of the intake control valve is automatically controlled by the pressure sensor and solenoid valve of the regulating system. Whether the opening and closing action of the intake control valve is flexible is very important to the reliability of the screw machine.

The intake valve operation

Intake valve is composed of a valve body, a rotary check valve, butterfly valve and controlcylinder.

• The length of the piston rod extends out, butterfly valve is opened or closed,so as to adjust the compressor air intake.
