Product Description

The filter material of oil and gas separator is made of ultrafine glass fiber composite filter material made by HV company of Germany and Lydall company of The United States. The foggy oil and air mixture in the compressed air can be completely filtered when passing through the oil separator.
Fine roll welding, spot welding and the application of the newly developed two-component adhesive ensure that the oil air separator has high mechanical strength and can work normally at 120℃.
The oil content of 3 ~ 6 PPM
Compressed air oil aerosol particles can be controlled below 0.1 μm.

Replacement method:

Internal type replacement

1. Stop the air compressor and close its outlet. Open drain valve to ensure system pressure is zero.
2. Remove the pipe from the top of the oil air tank. Also remove the line from the cooler to the outlet of the pressure retaining valve.
3. Remove the return pipe.
4. Remove the fixing bolts and remove the top cover of the oil air tank.
5. Take out the old separator and install the new separator.
6. Install other parts in reverse order according to disassembly.

External type replacement

1. Close the air compressor, close the exit. Open the drain valve and check whether the system is free of pressure.
2. Remove the old air-oil separator and put in a new one.
