Causes of air compressor electromechanical magnetic valve electrification and leakage:

•  When the air compressor is in continuous operation and the fuselage temperature is too high or the indoor temperature is too high, the solenoid valve should be replaced in time and indoor cooling measures should be taken;

• when the solenoid valve is in the frequent start-stop state will cause damage to the internal pilot head, the pilot head or solenoid valve should be replaced in time.

Solution: first the air compressor gas tank internal gas pressure to zero, the corresponding check valve outside the hexagonal cover unscrew, check whether the internal spool is stuck on the iron, iron should be removed in time, wipe the spool surface with alcohol, reinstall it.
