Causes of air compressor electromechanical magnetic valve electrification and leakage:

• When the air compressor is in continuous operation and the fuselage temperature is too high or the indoor temperature is too high, the solenoid valve should be replaced in time and indoor cooling measures should be taken;
• When the solenoid valve is in the frequent start-stop state will cause damage to the internal pilot head, the pilot head or solenoid valve should be replaced in time.

Solution: first the air compressor gas tank internal gas pressure to zero, the corresponding check valve outside the hexagonal cover unscrew, check whether the internal spool is stuck on the iron, iron should be removed in time, wipe the spool surface with alcohol, reinstall it.

MAINTENANCE

• Keep the air lines clean and dry. Contamination can prevent the movement of the internal components in the solenoid.
• Examine the air lines for leakage and contamination. Do this each time you do work related to the solenoid.
