Reasons for the excessive pressure difference of the oil separator:

• The oil pressure difference sensor is faulty or the pressure gauge is damaged.
• The surrounding environment of the air compressor is poor and there are many pollutants in the air.
• The quality of air filter, parking filter or oil is inferior.
• The oil has not been changed for a long time, and the oil is dirty.
• The pipeline between the air filter element and the air inlet is not properly sealed.
• The operating temperature of the machine is low, the water vapor cannot be discharged in time, and the excessive water vapor causes the resistance of the oil separation core to increase.   
• The oil separator has been left for too long and the filter material has become damp.
•  A mismatched oil separation element or inferior oil separation filter element is used.
