Working Principle:
Compressed air from the compressor head mixed with different sizes oil droplets. Larger sizes can be removed easily when they passed oil tanks, while small sizes (diameter less then 1um ) must be filtered through oil gas separator nmicron glass fiber filter layer.
After the diffusion of oil particles through filter material and the mechanism of inertia collision condensation, intercepted directly by filter material, finally make suspended oil particles in compressed air quickly condensed into oil droplets.
Under the action of gravity, Oil concentration at bottom of oil separator, through the bottom concave back inlet tubing then return to head lubricating oil system, at last compressor discharged purer oil-free compressed air.
Air oil separator is an essential component for air compressors. High quality oil separator element not only can guarantee the compressed air generated by compressor, and the separator working life up to thousands of hours.
