The check valve is used to prevent the gas from flowing back to the air compressor, which leads to a series of problems of the machine, as follows:

1.Gas reverse flow will lead to the failure of starting with load. In the process of starting, if the internal pressure of the machine is too high, the motor will start with heavy load, and the starting current of the motor will be too high. At the same time, the impact on the transmission parts is also very large.

2.The system of multiple units may make the oil drum filled with water, resulting in the unit can not start the search normally.

3.Because the unloading valve of most air compressors is in the open state of shutdown, so if the gas flows back, it will also cause the loss of energy.

Other Valve P.N:

There is a valve on the end cover of the oil separation tank. When the air pressure in the oil separation tank reaches 1.1 times the set value, this valve will automatically open to release some air and reduce the air pressure in the oil separation tank. When the screw air compressor is working at full load, gently pull the vent lever on the valve. If the valve can vent outward, it means normal.

There is a pressure gauge on the oil separation tank, which mainly detects the pre-filter pressure. The bottom of the oil separation tank is equipped with a drain valve, and the drain valve should be opened regularly to let off the water and dirt deposited on the bottom of the oil separation tank.

There is a transparent oil level mirror next to the oil separation tank to show the level of the oil separation tank. The correct oil level is when the screw air compressor is working normally, the oil level is in the middle of the upper and lower degrees. If it is too high, it will run away, and if it is too low, it will affect the performance of the whole machin
