3.The minimum pressure valve is mainly used to establish the internal pressure of the unit, promote the circulation of lubricating oil, meet the working pressure of the relief valve, etc., to ensure that there is a certain internal circulation pressure for lubricating oil to circulate after starting up and before loading, and maintain the oil separation tank When the pressure does not drop below 4Bar, the cycle pressure required by the lubricating oil shall be established first when starting to ensure the lubrication of the machine and provide power to a part of the mechanical loading valve to ensure that the loading valve can be opened. When the pressure exceeds 4Bar, it can reduce the flow rate of the air flowing through the oil-gas separator. In addition to ensuring the oil-gas separation effect, it can also protect the oil-gas separation filter element from damage due to excessive pressure difference.

4.The minimum pressure valve acts as a one-way valve to prevent the compressed air in the system from returning to the inside of the machine during shutdown.
