1  Screw air compressor solenoid valve stuck.Solenoid valve sleeve and spool cooperation gap is very small (less than 0.008m), usually is a single installation, when there are mechanical impurities into or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to get stuck.

Solution: can be used from the head hole into the steel wire, so that it bounced back.The thorough solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the spool and spool sleeve, clean with CCI4, so that the spool in the valve sleeve sensitive action.When disassembling, attention should be paid to the installation order and external wiring direction of each component, so as to reinstall and connect correctly, but also to check whether the oil mist nozzle hole is blocked, whether the lubricating oil is satisfied.
