Product Description:

The function of the filter element of the air compressor is to put the oil-containing compressed air produced by the main engine into the cooler, which is separated mechanically into the oil and gas filter element for filtration, and to intercept and polymerize the oil mist in the gas.
The air compressed from the head of the main engine of the screw compressor carries oil droplets of different sizes. The large oil droplets are easily separated through the oil and gas separation tank, while the small oil droplets (suspended) are filtered through the micron glass fiber filter material of the oil and gas separation filter element.

After the oil mist is intercepted, diffused and polymerized by the filter material, the small oil droplets quickly polymerize into large oil droplets, which pass through the filter layer under the action of pneumatics and gravity and settle at the bottom of the filter core.The oil is imported through a return pipe at the bottom of the filter element and returns to the lubrication system, thus allowing the compressor to discharge relatively pure, high-quality compressed air.
