Replacement steps of the built-in oil separator:

1. Stop the screw air compressor, close the outlet of the air compressor, open the drain valve, and confirm that the system has no pressure.

2. Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas barrel, and at the same time remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintaining valve to the cooler.

3. Remove the oil return pipe of the air compressor.

4. Remove the fixing bolts on the oil and gas barrel, and remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel.

5. Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one.

6. Install them in the order of removal.
