Laboratory fume hood instructions
1. Combination cabinet, upper exhaust cabinet, middle console, lower bottom cabinet, independent water, electricity, and gas pipeline system, three-stage shunt design, no dead angle exhaust, can effectively remove toxic gases.
2. Cabinet body: The frame is outside the upper cabinet, made of cold-rolled steel plate, with a thickness of 1.0mm. After pickling and phosphating the steel parts, the surface is pickled, phosphating and epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. The inner baffle is made of 4mm thick anti-sticking chemical laminate, and its structural design can release explosive pressure. The cabinet is produced from cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of 1.0 MM. The cabinet has a built-in steel bearing frame, and the steel bracket is welded by 60 * 30 * 1.5 MM steel pipes. All steel components have been pickled, phosphated, and epoxy resin. When powder electrostatic spraying, the surface (curing chamber) is cured at a high temperature of 180°C. 3. 7. Control panel: touch and intelligent control panel. Adjust the air exhaust and air supply, or connect the inverter; control the lighting, socket.
8. Lighting: It adopts full cover lamp holder design (with cooling holes), built-in 1*30W purification lamp, luminosity 300LUX, hidden under the light guide plate, easy to maintain.
9. Windows: 5mm float tempered glass, high transparency, explosion-proof, the window frame is connected with aluminum alloy profiles, and the surface is treated with epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, wear-resistant, lightweight, and smooth, which effectively solves the traditional stuck phenomenon.
