4. The transmission adopts 6-point chain, chain transmission (internal hanging type), 4#3kw planetary cycloid reducer, stable movement and no noise.

5. The middle plate connection adopts cast steel pull plate, the machine does not change shape when it is working, and it is not cheap.

6. The transmission bearing adopts 210 high-speed double-sealed bearings with long service life and maintenance-free.

7. The shearing hydraulic system adopts CDF-10 gear pump, motor power is 5.5kw, noise-free operation is stable, long service life, and the shearing adopts middle plate welding to increase the weight.

8. The computer control system adopts high-intelligence industrial electronic programmer PLC, inverter control system, simple operation, accurate precision and stable performance.
