1. Damp-proof and anti-corrosion: The motherboard is coated with a conformal coating that provides moisture-proof, anti-leakage, dust-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, and corona resistance properties.
2. IP65 waterproof and shockproof: Internal components are secured with combined screws to effectively reduce vibration, and the body is equipped with a waterproof rubber strip.
3. Lightning protection: The motherboard is equipped with conductive capacitors that effectively divert lightning to the capacitor, protecting the main board of the Panel PC.
4. Anti-static: Standard protection: port contact 4KV, air 8KV. Custom protection: port contact 6KV, air 16KV.
5. Excellent resistance to high temperature: Uses an industrial-grade wide-temperature motherboard supporting 10°C to 60°C operation. Custom ultra-wide temperature range: -20°C to 70°C.
6. EMI/EMC level anti-interference: The motherboard adopts an active ESD protection circuit design with anti-interference and anti-magnetic features.
7. Withstand voltage: Equipped with over-current, over-voltage, and reverse connection protection measures. Solid-state filtering on the board, with capacitor withstand voltage of 36V at 105°C.
8. Anti-surge: High protection against surges. If voltage instantly rises to 280V, the Panel PC and adapter will continue to operate stably.
