Production introduction:

When the material is sent from the feed port to the blanking port via the impeller screw conveyor, the electronic weighing device (mainly composed of weighing lever, load cell, etc.) installed on the screw conveyor, the load cell detects the weight of the material and Generate a voltage signal proportional to the load of the weighing lever. At the same time, the speed sensor installed at the tail of the screw conveyor detects the speed signal of the screw conveyor spindle. These two signals (weight signal and speed signal) are received by the weighing instrument. The weighing instrument processes these two signals and displays the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative weight of the material.

System Components:

This system is mainly composed of screw conveyor, scale body, driving device, weighing sensor, speed sensor, weighing instrument, electrical control system and variable frequency speed controller (optional), which can be expanded to PLC control and computer automation management.
