Q2. How to proceed with an order?
A2. Firstly please inform us all requirements of the battery and then we will recommend you with suitable products.
Then you need to confirms the samples and places a deposit for formal order.
Finally we arrange the production.
Q3: What are your terms of delivery?
A3. We offer EXW, FOB and CIF.
Q4: How long is the warranty period?
A4: Our warranty is valid for a period of 2 years after delivery.It is restricted by specifications and warranty terms.
Q5: What’s your packing & shipping?
A5: Generally , the battery will be packed on the carton or wooden case. And as for shipping, we provide three options for you. Ship by Express/Air/Sea. It is finally depend on you.
