Q1. Can you explain in detail how you match cells for a battery pack before you assembling the pack?
We will do the following things before assembling the pack:
a. Select capacity, same capacities cells for one pack
b. Measure the voltage, same voltage cells for one pack(difference is under 0.02v per cell)
c. Measure the inner resistance,same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1m Ohm)
All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.
Q2. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q3: What kind of certificates could you provide for these batteries?
A: We have CE,MSDS,UN38.3 for most our current model, if It's custom-making design, usually no current certificates, we could apply for you if you need, but the related fees should be paid by your side, and if your order is big enough, certificate fees can be refunded.
Q4:Do you have MOQ ?
A:No limited. Small order for quality testing also welcome. The quotation is based on the quantity.
Q5: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Yes, and we will do this free of charge if the order quantity is big enough, please contact us for more details.
Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
