Habio Glucoamylase (α-1,4-Glucan glucohydrolace) is obtained by liquid submerged fermentation and advanced post-processing technology. It has excellent characteristics, which is widely used in alcohol, starch sugar, monosodium glutamate, antibiotics, citric acid, beer and other industries.

One Glucoamylase Unit (U/mL or U/g) is defined as 1mL enzyme solution or 1g enzyme powder hydrolyzed soluble starch for 1 h to produce 1mg glucose at 40 ℃ and pH4.6.
