Product Overview
Habio Alpha-amylase is obtained by deep fermentation. It is widely used in manufacture of alcohol, brewery, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar, liquification in fermentation process, textile, dye & printing, desizing in papermaking, feed industry etc.
Definition of Activity
One unit of enzyme activity is marked as U/g or U/mL, and defined as one gram solid enzyme powder or one milliliter liquid enzyme liquefies one gram soluble starch in one hour at 60℃ and pH6.0.
Product Characteristics
a. Optimum temperature: 35℃-80℃;
b. Optimum pH: 4.5-7.5;
c. Ca2+ can improve the stability of enzyme activity;
d. Good stability, adapted to different reaction environment.
