DD DJ DL Series Evaporator Unit For Cold Room
Features:
1. The shell is treated with phosphating and secondary plastic spraying process, which is convenient to clean, highly anti-corrosive and beautiful in appearance. Iron plate, galvanized plate, embossed aluminum plate and stainless steel plate can be selected according to user requirements
2. Coil tubes are Φ16, 12, 9.52mm, which can be selected according to user requirements; after the fins are set, the aluminum fins are tightly wrapped on the copper tube by mechanical or hydraulic expansion tube to reduce contact thermal resistance and improve heat transfer efficiency
3. After the product is pressure tested, it is cleaned in the tube to completely remove the oil, moisture, and oxide scale in the tube.
4. The spacing and power of the electric heating tubes are carefully calculated to ensure efficient defrosting. In addition, there are two defrosting methods for users to choose from: water frost and hot air frost.
5. A dedicated motor is used to ensure that the air cooler can operate normally even in humid and low temperature conditions. In addition, suitable explosion-proof fans can be selected according to user needs
6. Before leaving the factory, all are treated with pressure maintaining and nitrogen filling
