Main structure features:
1. Vacuum adsorption to guide paper with a strong high-pressure turbine . With wind control device machine suction silencer ; electrical control cabinet to focus on the same host is not less than 1.5 m from the operating side of the closed side of the hood.
2. Gimble drive,with independent driver box.Enclosed gear oil immersion lubrication, extend the life of the gear.

Corrugated roller unit is designed with host machine separately,easy for lift outside and change other type flute roller.
4. Cast iron base and wall structure , wallboard thickness of 240mm.
5.Corrugated adopt 48CRMO alloy roller material,quenched and tempered, hardened,polished surface,Corrugated diameterØ360m,surface hardness HRC60 degrees;
Corrugated controlled by cylinder displacement down .
6. Pressure roller diameter is Ø360m, surface grinding and chrome plating ; cylinder displacement control up and down , made Carbon steel 45 , the modulation process .
7. Preheating roller diameter is Ø400mm, surface grinding and hard chrome plating , all connected by a metal hose.
8.Corrugated roller and pressure roller with high temperature and pressure grease lubricated bearings.
