The XQXL-2A is a compact aseptic liquid filling system ideal for small-to-medium-sized batches within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
Filling is performed by an integrated, highly accurate peristaltic dispenser that provides optimum filling accuracy for volumes from micro-volumes, preventing costly overfilling of expensive liquids. Automatic gas purging can be programmed before, during and after the liquid filling process.
Complete change-over between different liquids, vials or stoppers can be accomplished by the operator within five minutes, without requiring technical support from outside the cleanroom. This represents an excellent return on investment.
Short and reliable delivery time helps reduce overall project costs.
The XQXL-2A can be customized to fit different sizes of trays at the infeed and outfeed. The infeed tray can also be positioned on the front of the unit or the left side.
