Filling Operation
The machine operates using a circular intermittent movement system with a main astrolabe for filling and capping functions. It features a ceramic pump for precise filling, dual-head pre-capping and capping mechanisms, and an automatic bottle unscrambler for bottle loading. Cap removal is handled by an automated manipulator that transfers caps to the capping station. After capping completion, products transition to the labeling area via star plate and are collected as finished goods.
Lid and Cover Workstation
Cap loading utilizes a vibration hopper system where electromagnetic vibration organizes caps for orderly processing. The machine automatically positions caps onto bottles to complete the capping sequence.
