The machine utilizes a main rotary table for circular intermittent movement, serving as the primary platform for filling and capping operations. It employs a ceramic pump for precise filling, dual-head pre-capping and capping mechanisms, and an automatic bottle unscrambler for container handling. The cap-removing manipulator automatically picks up and positions caps at the capping station. After capping completion, products transition to the labeling area via star plate transfer and are collected as finished goods.
Cap loading is accomplished through a vibration hopper system. Electromagnetic vibration in the oscillator hopper organizes caps in proper orientation, while mechanical handling systems precisely position and secure caps onto containers.
