Filling Process Operation
The machine utilizes a stellate mechanism for circular intermittent motion as the core component for both filling and capping operations. A ceramic pump handles the filling process while a dual-head mechanism performs pre-capping and final capping. Bottles are automatically loaded via an automatic bottle unscrambler, then transported by a cap-removing manipulator to the capping station. After capping completion, bottles are conveyed to the labeling area through a transition star plate for finished product collection.
Lid and Cover Workstation
Cap loading employs a shake pan system with a vibration hopper featuring an electromagnet that oscillates to ensure ordered cap arrangement. Caps are systematically loaded onto the machine's hand for precise placement on bottles, completing the cap loading operation.
